MLB tee for 2008Hey all, looking forward to see u all this saturday ya? Meanwhile, we saw 2008 pass by without a MLB tee to commemorate the year. So we have been working on it(was fixing it @ Vivo backstage some more leh), and this time, the design arrived rather differently. For the last tee, WQ worked quite independently on it. This round, he wanted the whole team to be involved, so the final design is something that all 3 guys are happy with. Hope that all MLBians will like it, cos it was done for u all. Have contacted the MLB Ics, and they will soon be helping the whole MLB family make their orders for the tees, sizes etc. fyi, the mlb logo is made out of small words that say "i <3 MLB" PLSPLSPLS cooperate with the ICs, they are here to help everyone, so let's help make their job easier ya? MLBians must unite!!!
The design is meant to be more subtle than the previous one, so that MLBians might feel comfortable to wear it for any occasion besides gigs. The base colour is gonna be white again, so that those without this tee can still wear the older design and still blend in with the rest. This is just a graphic preview and is subject to much changes as the design might need to be tweaked due to printing constraints :)
Now now, as for the price of the tee, it is around $9-10, but can only b confirmed after confirming the quantity, and once again, please rest assured that this tee is TOTALLY non-profitable for MLB, we are doing it at cost price, MLB ics will be working closely with us during the project, so we hope this helps everyone, especially with the economy starting on a slightly flatter note.
On a side note, weiqi had some initial ideas for the tee, but since it was too personal from him and it wasn't something Nic and Sam was very comfortable with(it was too lame la the design hahaha, i think u all understand ya?), he shall do it as an individual project for the future, probably launch it in mid year or sumthin ;)
Meanwhile Nic is busy with his personal project(exciting!), Sam is busy with teaching drums (pls support ya?), and WeiQi is back to the graveyard of zombies (but this sem he wants to make a positive change!). And as a band, they are meeting every week, to compose their music, for all MLBians in this family, walking in a positive hopeful spirit towards a third album(let's all have faith) :)

the full track of xin sheng huo has not been released, therefore u'll not be hearing it anywhere as of now. do look out for future albums by mediacorp of drama songs though (eg.golden drama album), they may release the song then.

new tee!!! v subtle, so subtle until i cldnt even see it the 1st time.tot u jus posted a white tee to whet our curiosity. It's a great concept! u 3 guys v zilian hor to come up w this design within the design. expect us to wear the tee somemore...:P
didnt like nicole wn i 1st saw her but she really grew her x factor w age. fell in luv w her in moulin rouge. wonderful show, crazy, busy n full of colorful scenes w a storyline like an old canto drama where the heroine dies of tb in the end. sob! eh...quite surprised u enjoyed ponyo,u mus be v intouch w ure inner child :P beginning was ok but it lost its momentum a bit in the later part. ponyo looked cute s a fish n s a human, the in b/w creature looks abit creepy but quite funny wn it turns up to wield its magic.
my only hope will be the t-shirt's fabric will be 100% cotton? so that if we perspire too much from the running running running and chasing chasing chasing after milubing, at least we still can tahan? haha. maybe we still ok, but nic the "tap water" leh?! oops no offence to nic =X=P...

sincerely apologise that i wrote it on a tissue.. as i couldn't get any notpad or even any paper @ the point of time. all i know was, "i must stand here.. so that i can see them closer, so that i can shake their hands.. so that i can get my own snap of them that kind of thing." HA! my friend can't even stand me.. know why? they say, "fan(s) stand infront of the stage to see their idol(s) & scream/ cheer for them, yet you stand @ the backstage to see your idol(s) for just a few mins.." performance was brought forward slightly earlier las nite (actually it still started at about 8 in the end), hope everyone managed to catch the performance... only received a msg from jasmin at about 630pm informing that the performance was brought forward, had no idea who would be coming and who wouldn't so we just tried our best to call up some of you guys randomly to inform..
hiccups here and there.. sound system probs. bad day, but u guys did your best so.. nevertheless, it's over, so look forward, not back ya.

ya...i received a call from pegg earlier but sorry i was at work...then was informed about the performance being brought forward...so its the sound system problem? hmmm dun be too upset if you are? we are proud that milubing worked hard and never give up and completed the performance. at least you guys didn't give up just because the sound system cock up...so lets give miilubing around of applause~~~ YAYYYYYY~~~~!

Haha.. I was like so clumsy carrying that big bag of CNY goodies which I bought before rushing down to SMU. Luckily I am managed to catch MLB's performance.
Ya, although there are some sound systems' problem. But can tell that you guys can handle the situation very well, cos you guys give up playing the electrical instruments and switch to a normal guitar for the last song.
Overall, MLB had performed very well on stage and we MLBians really enjoyed our night at SMU. Thanks MLB for giving us a great night.

(other than the short clips on the adverts) gaiban possibility? have called up warner (since dec till jan) and they said that there's no news of gaiban. probably slim hope, but we can still hope i guess...
yea. I will support MLB forver. In my eyes, this is the best band. The 3 of you carries great talents,potentials,musics and vocals..so dont give up easily cos' of some little setbacks ya? you still have this big family carrying you boys in our hands..WINNER is not 1 who FAILS but 1 who nv QUITS!!! jiayou. according to mr paul chan, MLB will be involved in the Carlsberg Golden Ox Year Special (pre-rec), 8pm on the first day of new year, and also the LNY eve's Special 2009, 1030pm LIVE on LNY eve. there're details there on how to request for tickets, BUT.
i've heard from nat ho's forum (he's attending the same shows) that the Carlsberg show will be recorded on 21st Jan, from 8pm at Mediacorp TV Theatre. (as usual, those who're going have to reach earlier to enter the studio)
HOWEVER, only those who are above 18 can attend (both) shows. (i think i can hear sighs somewhere... =p)
we'll try to confirm and check out more information though, so do keep tuned in to MLB or mr paul chan's blog.
