yea yea..Some of ya managed to get tickets for this weekend's charity show, so LI HAI. I think it'll be like a concert as there are many singers performing, local and foreign. May it be pleasing to thy ears. And i also hope that we drummers will put up a good and noisy show, for all to enjoy. Heh!

yupp went there... the concert was really cool! haha. his unplugged performance was damn good. :D actually, i saw HCI's Get High concert website, and they said that the people who wanna enter the auditorium only had to produce the cd. [for non HCI ppl] for HCI ppl jus had to be in uni. but in the end we jus entered without havin to produce anything so... haha. but i duno about RP though. hmms.
the charity i really duno leh. aiyo, now make it seem like i managed to get the tics already. clarify... im not confirmed about getting a tic, so yahhs...
TANK auto session tomorrow, 3pm at Jurong Entertainment Centre... do go down and support! haha...
perhaps u guys can support HCI's Get High concert as well... its a school concert, a fundraising thing... 1st June, 7pm at HCI. yupps more info can go to their website at gethigh.youth.sg its a concert by students to showcase student talents in sg... quite interesting, judging by all the star reality comps out there now. yepps, do support if you can. :)

Just watched the encore of The Dance Floor, if I never see wrongly; Alfred from Superband Soul was at the show supporting Platinum. I still prefer Soul Fusion follow by Fantastic 4.
This afternoon was at Bugis and happrn to see Peter Ho's autograph session for his latest album. All the 3 songs he ssng today was very nice, especially that slow number where he wrote about his fan who wants to meet him but was dead due to sickness before she can make it, so she asked her friend to pass a letter that she wrote to Peter.
I was thinking, when will be the time where all MLBians waiting at a venue for MLB to sign their EP? We are still waiting for an album worth waiting. MLB Jia-you for your EP & wadever you are doing.

Ya, I also feel that the 5 drummers are standing too far behind (somemore at the top), but Darren & Diya was worst, at the top & at the side.
Quizzy, you mentioned overseas artistes standing infront, but not true leh, Fann & Zoe were standing right infront & in the centre somemore. Why is Zoe Tay there when she doesn't performance? She mentioned due to her pregnancy, she was unable to perform. But I personally feel that she can sing a song just to support the show rite? afterall, she can sings mah! Nothing against Zoe (Zoe's fans pls don't throw stones or split at me! Hahaha...) Fyi, actually I also support Zoe, that's why I feel that she should do something for the show!
I also feel that overseas artistes should sing at least 2 songs, why some artiste sang only 1 song while others sang more than 2 songs? Afterall, he travelled so long to come and support this charity show. 1 song is definitely not fair to them & not enough for their fans.
I really love the performance put up by Sam & the other 4 drummers from Superband. Ya, I also saw Sam throwing his drum-stick from one hand to another, he was very cool & handsome tonight. Think he is the leader in the group, cos all the interview was answered by him. Sam Hip-hip-hooray... Cheers...

As for those overseas artistes who only sang 1 song, probably it's because they didn't have enough time to prepare (time constraints lor). I guess Tank were given prior notice long time ago to attend this so he got more time to prepare while people like Peter Ho and Dylan Guo is last minute de? Maybe ba, I don't know.
Sam probably is really the leader ba - during the superband period, usually the other drummers weren't the spokesperson of their individual band right? I know some of them is quite shy in character de. Sam huh - looked like shy but actually no ba? hahaha no hard feelings.

Fyi, Peter Ho & Dylan Guo were here to promote their latest albums. So to add 1 more song, I don't think is a problem (cos I was at Peter's album autograph session at Bugis yesterday, and he sang 3 songs over there).
It could be due to the show time doesn't permit? Anyway, its ok lah, the show already over. But overall the show was great & wonderful, 3 cheers to the organising committee & all performing artistes.

On the whole..although there are many foreign artists, there was no glamour in the whole show. Very plain. The only excitement is Grasshopers - their older than old songs still drawed lots of donation.
This is a Charity Show and they are able to raise the funds for various charities was a good effort.

hello, its great to see that all the practice u drummers put in paid off last nite. u guys look so stern in the beginning but as the perf continued, could see u guys enjoying it, esp dat vic. the bass drum doesn't look v light, hope sam doesn't hv backache now!;P
and... can i rave again abt the RP perf? I was listening to the mp3 and realli luv the guit for chasing cars. nice vol control over there, must hv taken a long time to perfect it.
