Tracing the exact person is like: tracing this number. registered by which computer company, then who bought this computer frm this company, then trace the person. So this is how they catch ppl downloading tons of songs. the more you download, the obvious your Ip number will be..

To clarify:
I am the MLB's neighbour, in a sense, and yet I am not Sam Wong's neighbour;
but the neighbour of a common friend, PS SAM who is on #04( I thk u guys know who I mean). This means I am also the neighbour to #02 (which MLB is very familiar with). Haha, I actually sense something fishy when I read that post. But hor, although i don't believe that person, the issue mention is still a sensitive one so i don't talk much about it. Think about it, he/she already 'make it very clear that' he is 'able to control the results' bla bla bla, and he also said 'i'll make sure milubing will not get in' and bla bla bla. Upon seeing the persistence (didn't use the wrong word ba) in MLB family, he is left with no choice but to use other methods, which is impersonating as Nic's ex (arrrgh!). He was expecting that we are a group of silly people who will rather believe in rumours than facts like some people do. But he underestimates MLB family and milubing le!

All of us learnt an important lesson through this - never commit crimes or just doing any bad things and expect not to be caught/punish. 天网恢恢疏而不漏, get it?

While I learnt another lesson (I knew it already), don't believe everything all rumours. When A tells you something about B, and you find it suspicious, you better check with B first. I hope I make my point clear.

For those who still blur: IP stands for "Internet Protocol".. Your IP address allows an outside source to identify you. For example, you dling smth from megaupload, megaupload will recognise you by your IP add so that they can keep sending to that add..

Some Singnet users like me, might show up having the same IP add because we use a shared IP. Means everything goes through this gateway, then it will split into individual IP addresses again but outsiders can only see our shared IP address. I think it's for security but it really screws up my downloads sometimes.

Hope I made sense lah. Btw, FTP stands for File Transfer Protocol. Yeah I'd like to xuan yao I know this =PPPP HAHA!

Um, thought I'd say somemore.. An IP address can also reveal your location. Like what country you're in... Or your Service Provider, etc.

IP address is sometimes not reliable to track a person because some Service Providers (Singnet, Starhub, etc) MAY assign different IP addresses to you each time you log on. It really depends. It is not attached to your computer.

But in this case, obviously the spammer did it in one sitting lah. Heh, okay I'm done XD

*yawns* feeling tired, but now im taking a break from my mugging and watching germany vs argentina match! oh mans what a tough fight btw them and they've extended for quite a long time. alright back to the topic, im here to give you guys encouragements!

the performance is nearing already! i hope you guys have squeezed out enough time to prepare well, as its a disadvantage to you all because you only have such a short time. but that time lucify managed to be revived as they got the highest and that is cos they did not feel pressurized. so don't feel pressurized alright? just relax and put up your best, mlb!

Since the day u sang shgeng bian i m memerized by u 3 very talented young lads.and also very cute!!! today i went for u session at bugis and sam ur very yan dao omg!! nic and wei qi u 2 still very cute!! i always wanted to be on the same stage as u 3 but i could not pluck up the courage to raise up my hand..sigh any ways reall look forward to monday and see if u 3 guys are in or not to the semi finals.u 3 are the ones hu make my mondays interesting and worth looking forward to. MLB is the only band that i m willing to take time out of by busy schedule to go and support them or juz catch a glimsp of their ru shan zheng mian mu. She watched the repeat telecast of QF10 this morning and feedback to me about milubing's performance. She said she is not suprised that milubing got booted out (I'll add the word TEMPORARY) but not because you guys are not good but it's due to wrong choice of song. But for me it's ok leh. If a group is booted out just because they choose wrong song, then wouldn't it be too cruel for our darling milubing le? Well, it's either my mum don't know how to phrase her point well (misunderstanding) or she doesn't understand the rule of the game lor.

Haiya, even a mother and daughter have differing views le, haha.

Anyway, all the best to milubing! For me, I feel that the secret recipe for revive successfully is not only to impress everyone, but also not to make the same mistakes that you guys make before. Regardless of the outcome, milubing will always be our beloved milubing.

What Oyster is doing is not what you meant. Just to raise awareness only in this popular blog. The reason why not to choose other blog is because ppl who blog here share the common interest. When you want to share some gd news or wat, the most important thing is to know the ppl you r talking to. [know the nature] And it's a suggestion to cultivate the habit of caring for others who r not as fortunate as us. Making a difference in ppl's lives.

It really doesn't matter who is interested or not. [i see someone has already reflected a bad comment] What matters is that this issue is brought up, and ppl is aware of these situations. The rest is up to them. No obligation to read. :)

Eugene: If I can raise this issue, it means I'll not sit back to watch ppl do and just open my gap to say. I'll be ashamed if I do not do what I preach and I'll rather shut my trap then.

Eugene - I don't entertain sarcastism too 'cause Oyster is no kidding. If the third world country is a fun place, I will suggest everybody to go there for honeymoon to look at the barren landscapes and have pinics among the starved and watch live documentaries as the locals fight in civil wars.

the MLB blogsite is a common ground for their frds/fans/suppporters to chitchat
from light to serious topics.
as long as we are not touching on
touchy issues or other issues
which hv their own relevant bogsites or websites to deal with,
it's okay to share some of our heartbeats, concerns or interests.
after all, MLB supporters are all for MLB so we can disagree agreeably.

we may not be able to save all the starfish stranded on the beach
but we can save one starfish
and that makes a difference to that starfish....
an act of kindness goes a long way
and it starts with one step...
think Mother Theresa, or pple in SPCA, or the lady who started the movement in Spore to collect all the leftover bread at the end of the day to give to the destitutes or charity homes.
each of us, in our own way, can make a difference!
