Therefore after Chiobu has flew off to Hong Kong less than a day.. Sifu realised that a part of him is missing and that he couldn't stand not seeing Chiobu everyday.. So.. he made an important decision of his life.. closed down Tong Shui for one week to be with CHiobu..and to fly there personally to bake Chiobu's favourite dish.. Egg tarts..

And so.. off Sifu goes to HK.. wholeheartedly with his eggs and flour.. only to realise CHiobu has gone off to Lautau Island for hiking. Nevertheless.. he has set his mind on making the most delicious egg tarts for her. Painstakingly, he baked 6 perfect tarts (crispy on the outside and tender on the inside) and set off to Lautau Island.

***THUNDER ROARS*****

**** LIGHTNING STRIKES****

****HEAVY STORM*****

Meanwhile on the highest hill of Lautau Island, Chiobu found herself trapped among the trees with a badly sprained leg.. she was soaking wet and feeling really miserable... She was wondering aloud how she could get out of this mess and will marry the person whoever rescue her (as you see, the possibility of finding her is so small)..

And then.... (Drums Rolls..............)
Sifu appears with the badly soaked egg tarts and whipped her off her feets... No matter how rocky the road is, Sifu carried Chiobu all the way down the hill....

Chiobu felt secure in Shifu's arms, the warmest touch of love she ever experienced in her life. Secretly glancing at the badly drenched Shifu, warms streams of tears trickled down Chiobu's face.

In this rain....however....noone will find out that that was tears, not water droplets.

[Backed in the Inn]

As there was no hair dryer, Shifu meticulously dried Chiobu's hair with a towel. The wet and limping hair draping over her face was soon warm and dry. [Raising her eyes up] Chiobu was entranced by the moments of magic. She was so in trance.... enjoying every moment when Shifu ran his fingers through her hair.

[Chemistry Lightning Zapped] Shifu took great care to make sure her hair is completely dried, so that she will not catch a chill, especially when the weather in Hong Kong was flucuating at 18 degrees.

Shifu(busily, busily),then Zapped!
He was caught in the frequency that Chiobu used to gaze at him. (Slow motion) The same chemistry.... eyeball to eyeball....the same breathing rate.... the same rapid pulse rate.... the same blood pressure. [Face moving closer to each other]

[Dezapped!] Shifu was brought abruptly from the momentum. [Cheeks turned hot and red] Feeling very embarrassed, he gave a hearty laugh.

"What was that for?" A confused Chiobu exclaimed.

[Fakingly, finding an excuse] Shifu: "Er..er..oh..no..just now I saw the Egg tarts beside you wobbled when you were....you were.... It's er....activated my laughing switch so I was..hmmm..yup..darn funny..hee.."

Peering at the already stunned, child-like, snuggled up Chiobu and the soaked and soggy egg tarts, he broke out in another round of laughter. This time, his belly wobbled as hard as the egg tarts....

i went to the forum..
there was this person..
who always predicted the results correctly
(being suspected an insider)..
first he/she said that mlb will be revived..
then say juzb got higher chance .. now say juzb will get in..
how??..i very worry..
mlb must relly jia milo hor!!
give more patterns that will be a surprise(eg. sam play guit. for shen bian) as i think the judges really look forward to your surprise pattern every week..

judges 70% votes 30% [Reply]

Hey, not sure if you all know but this time, for some strange reason...mediacorp decided suddenly to have 70% from judges and votes 30%. (so you now the rest of the 5 groups in semi finals are chosen by votes and this revivial will be chossen by judges...ya...make no sense as usual.)

After the results, we roughly roughly know...unless, the judges give the opponents very close points or similar points then it is obvious its the votes again and will be difficult to tell.

we see how.

If i am not wrong....the points for the teams will be similar so that everything falls back to the votes.

Sure hope you are reading this. I'm no fan of any of the bands, but I do admire MLB's talents & Soul's hardwork @ their dance moves, as well as Juz B's acapella talents.

I'm not one who votes during such progs, but I've done it a few times for MLB, because I truly think you guys deserve to be going further in this competition.

In fact, I think you guys have what it takes to go even further, beyond this competition, so continue to making & playing great music & enjoy being a blessing to many! :-)

My 62-yr-old Dad hardly watches such progs or listens to contemporary pop music, but surprisingly, he has been telling me how much he enjoys MLB's performances : you guys are just great!

This competition is definitely not a destination in itself, but the start of your journey to fulfilling your dreams in music : soldier on! :-)

anyway, the competition is quite senseless....they should have one consistent way of judging. First time i hear competition got 2 sets of judging criteria. Why the first 5 are based on 70% votes then to revive one, must be 70%judges decision? Crazy...they want 6, but they kick out one based on votes then revive one based on judges....

if judges decision overrules in the first place, the results will totally different...the groups that are able to get into semi-finals will be totally different.

then semi finals based on 70% votes again? means the revived group selected by judges are at a disadvantage lor - cos they are pitted against those by votes

i don't know what to say....

Chiobu, let's go to Pulau Ubin for lunch next time lor. Or go Kallang River to crab. The crabs there are 3 to 4 times bigger than the markets one. With enormous pincers. Then we bring along a bbq pit. Ping the crabs right on the spot. I'll spread the mat, bring a champagne and invite Shifu, I'll walk away and let you have fine dining there. Obviously, with Shifu's guitar for him to serenade....

Ok la..out of the point. I also travel far far for lunch. Cannot stand long time in office. :) Y stress?

after the first revival , QF6 onwards is back to 70% votes. for Semi finals, suppose to be back to 70% votes as well.. but read from the forum, according to the *insider*, it'll be 50% judges, 50% votes.... but whether it is 30%,50% or 70%...creditable it is is one big ?..

Hee..no leh..I always like to eat my own catch and catch my own seafood. Er..but the crabs still taste good even though it's big. I can catch 30-40 over flower crabs in 1 day during the crab season (Sep to Dec). However the big big prawns really taste diff. Normally I catch the prawns 4 fun. Not nice to eat but still have to eat. I remember bringing alone XO and sauce to ping the prawns. The best kind of prawns are the transparent salted sea prawns. Hee..

Well, I only cycle at Pulau Ubin only. $2 only! I know the Thai lady who sells the coconuts. Very nice. Frequent only here stall. It's beside the bike stall. After cycling, Changi Village is the best place to seek for food. :D

do you mean deep sea prawns those that look dam pale and not appetising? if yes i like them too. and i love druken prawns...i pride myself to be a good prawn eater..almost a prawn Connoisseur ...haha...i love all sorts of shelled stuff and all animals intesine especially liver

but i am different, i am the typical city ger who loves to wear nice nice, roam the bustling streets of Tsim Sha Tsui and Harajuku...sit at cafes and ple watch...

I read in this HK mag got his superstar ger contestant she kena kick out first round.....dunnoe who she is la
So she fly back to HK and took part in HK singing competition and she won...now they are grooming her to be a big stars and she even dunnoe sing in someone concert in HK...

If she had won the Superstar, she probably lost the HK opportunity....

Morale of the story...when you lost something...that cos something bigger is waiting

oh.. I like to get dirty and smell fishy. In fact these r the basic and fundamental way of living. No scared being strandled on any island. If no $$$$, just invest few dollars to buy fish heads and then go crabbing! Wa, one day of crabbing can bring in lotsa catch and can sell in markets for many many bucks. the crabs 3-4 times bigger. hee..hee..

Yup. those prawns must be very transparent and the shell must feel hard. and smell salty. cause those fresh water prawn r the most horrible ones. can identify: soft shells, flesh stick to the shells and odourless = fresh water prawns. the sea ones are the survivors. Hard shells. when you BBQ them hor, need not add sauce de. Dynamic leh..

After studying bio, I find more reason not to eat the animals organs. I can't make myself eat the villi and all.eee..ha..

Share with you about one incident:

I really hate fishing because I feel that fish are really very idiotic. Hard to catch and I'm not a fish lover.

One night, I went fishing at Bedok Jetty. Used hand reel and prawn as bait. I heaved the heavy weight and bait across the sea. But failed. didn't toss properly. Ay? Ay? but where's my prawn? I turned over to my friend. Then the next second we burst out in laughters. The prawn and the hook is hanging on my shoulder! Not deep, just slightly hooked on underneath the surface of my skin. Wa Xiao. After that, I really really don't like to fish. I can't even handle a hand reel properly. sigh. but that was really an experience la..

Oh..ya..carcinogens can be found in all the fast food and BBQ food. That's why cancer rate is so high in USA. hai.. what to do. We all want to die faster so poison ourselves daily. Drink distilled water lor..help to detox. then change to mineral water to prevent skin frm drying after the detox. Consumption of water must change fortnightly. Too much mineral not good so have to drink pure or distilled water. Some say Chinese tea good too.. then some say too much not good. While some argued drinking tea everyday is anti cancer.. well, I think it's how the body takes it. the most impt thing is to know and identify what and how your body works. if you understand how, you can alter your diet and even after u give in to your cravings to toxic food, you know how to detox and slim down after that meal.

Hmmm..sounds very reasonable. but I think to certain extent as our body have enzymes to break down diff food substances. I get what you mean. Some food will slow down the actions of some enzymes and causes digestion to take place slower. Like why they say must drink Chi tea after an oily meal. Cause Chi tea emulsify the fats and makes enzymes easier to digest. so the fats will not be stored in the adipose cells as fats(visible).

Aiyo..talk abt fish ah.. the best stall is in Bt Merah at the food centre. Last stall facing the Macdonalds. Long queue. Solid soup. More solid is the fried fish noodles. The noodles is cooked in the fish soup so that it will absorb the thick soup in. Drink till the last drop of soup and you'll taste the crushed fish bones. The fried fish is fried in real hot and boiling oil. No flour added so it will not become soggy after added in soup. Crispy and nice. The noodles wa..no where to find in Singapore le..

Er..yup..GOD's creation is very amazing. :) Er..females are the second creation so more complex than men. That's y we can multi task. (brain function) more senstive as our vision is 45 degrees more compare to guys. Then our whole bodyfunction differently. I should say modified brillantly.

Well, GOD created women to be Adam's helper so I think that is why we are created so amazingly in a lot of ways and we possess many things guys don't. (but guys do have their amazing skills too)
Guys are created to do physical work and all, protective being. So physically, they are better than females lor..hmmm..we are all beautiful creations of GOD. :D

i guess the school thing everyone has to go is the SYF opening ceremony.. i'm alumni (old liao).. but also going with my school marching band.. its the marching band competition.. display bands doing formations.. very intersting and fun.. but tough.. marching is very fun but tiring..

MLB.. all the best for sat and sun.. give u all the moral support from the SYF at the national stadium..
