Their close friendship between the 3 of them, their close-to-the-soul and sincere feeling the music brings, and of cuz how they dont portray an image that isnt the real them, how they get close up with their fans with their true self, unlike most celebrities who stay behind a fake mask.

this is tricky...

hmm...is a job that is committed to. basically i see them as mortal just like me.

i’ve learned that work is a sacred vocation (no matter what profession you hold). a work or a job has a high value of integrity and dignity...and so, we have business cards, a title that represents our identity, and they are deserved to be treated with respect.

so, as much as i’m blessed to work for my passion; i wish to earn a little enough to be responsible for my personal financial obligations, and once a while to bring my family and loved ones out for a nice cozy meal, and to spend quality time with them. i wish i don’t need to drag to work each morning, and worst.. to have to bear the faces of the team i'm working with, and so this working relationship which i wld carefully build and treasure, i wld learn to support one another to achieve a common goal as a team. A little recognition by my boss and the company of my hard works is not a bad idea; i need a lil ego boost to keep me motivated and get going constantly..i nd to feel proud of myself at times.. sounds perfect? but it's the reason why we work each day.

a variation degree of passion, money, friendship and fame consecutively is important and dependent.

hmm...but..life has many options and each of its make us happy at the end of the road. so i’ve learned not to fear the choices that offered before me.

For passion. For Hope. For dreams. For motivations to see each other soar higher towards our goals.


For touching moments that the boys have put in effort, me at the other edge of arts, much encouraged to press on even more for passion.

I think this question is more relevant for MLB to answer. Lately I hv asked myself too what makes me motivated? Money, my own future or family? Def all 3 are contributing factors to my motivation but which is the ultimate be all, end all? I am still reaching deep down inside for the ultimate answer to motivate myself to push on or else I am on the verge of giving up. Job satisfaction? Maybe. Everyone has a different set of motivation factors. Maybe if we quiz each of the 3 milos, each will give a diff answer. Maybe for one, it’s the support from supporters, be it family or friends. For another it’s a chance, the limitless possibility to perform on a bigger platform, and yet another, to show what MLB can achieve together as a band. As long as MLB knows what keeps each of them motivated, it’ll be a good place to start and keep each other going. Now the fun begins, you guys hv to be honest to each other & start talking abt it… :P

Fame.. Nah... We still wear our berms and slippers or sloppy skinnies whenever possible (trying to change that habit since I started out Echo, but well.. its part of the MLB entity) Luckily Echo is a non shoe place.. hehe.. see slippers there more or less mine ba hahaha...

Very important too... For the music, which at times brings us into major disagreements...

In the end all becomes well even after near fights, near breakups.. because..

Beneath all the under lying layers.. Trust in the friendship. Looking back to how it all started nothing has changed except our hairdos clothes on stage. We grow a lil here and there (but not taller sobs)

I think that's what makes MLB more sought after, you guys arent afraid to show your true self and make people feel that you guys are just like, hmm .. boy-next-door kind of thing, a band which is a band but without all that packaging most celebrities go through and without all that fake mask that most hide behind, the sincerity everyone can see (:
