Yes, you'll need to walk thru the underpass...take the escalator infront of macdonald, down to the underpass and once you come out of the underpass, go straight, and you should see the shelter

Where is the linkway...

1. it leads to Pizza Hut (B1) in PS
2. NEL, come up via the PS exit gateway, turn left, walk straight towards UOB tellers, on its right, escalators, go up and turn left - this is the linkway
3. If you are at the PS McDonalds, Level 1, the outdoor Rocky Master is just in front of McDonalds, there is an esacalor nearby, go down you will reach the linkway as well

Walk thru this linkway, and exit, you reach Isanta park, the so-call pond is on the left and Giraffe restaurnt next to it and the Istana is on the right side of the road. Just walk straight from there, u shld see the shelter which is a little bit inside the park.

Shld you take the bus or walk, take the traffic light crossings at parkmall Fish & Co or near Istana.

You won't miss the big Istana Park. I'm sure many would be there, just follow the commotion...:)

For those who still do not know where is the location but noes where Park Mall is:

Standing infront of Park Mall(ur back facing PM), walk to your left(all the way til end of Park Mall). There will be a prominent restaurant standing by itself(There used to be a LOVE sign in front).

Cross the traffic light to opposite of Park Mall.Cross the traffic light again towards left.
The Istana park is just hidden inside the bushes(there is a small carpark).

I hope my description is clear enough for some to understand.

ehmmm... most of us should know where is istana, so u go to istana main gate where there are policemen around, from there, stand at the roadside, look out for traffic coming from your right, if no cars coming, just run across and u will reach the park or rather the pool, look to your left, there's the shelter sojust walk, in less than 40 steps u will reach liao.

or else, some1 go paste arrows ...

Well, you can go stand in front of the Istana gate to see where is the shelther. Then, go ask someone else how to cross the road legally. Be careful and look out for President's car coming out when you stand there.

umm... the police station at istana hor... cannot move out of the compound so... haha

my mistake up there, it shld be 'look to your right, there's the shelter...'. The festival arch (pool area) ah.. faces the istana so its right is Giraffe and its left is the shelter... confusing??? hhaha.. anyway, it shldn't be too difficult to find the shelter once u found the arch... its too obvious...
