MLB has gave us a great show last night at Fort Canning Green.
Although its not the best perfomance, but due to you are ill & also the sound system problem, MLB still managed to gave everyone there a very good show.

About the songs last nite…I prefer the original arrangement for “take me as i am”, it’s “neater” and “tighter”? (are these the words to use?). And the ending of the new arrangement was like a bit abrupt?

But I really luv the arrangement you did for “you make me wanna fall in love”. The first time I heard this song was at the FIR event. When I compared it with FIR’s version after that, I went, “WOW! Nic’s arrangement is a KILLER man!” But it’s a pity that your voice was week last nite, so…. Anyway, can’t wait to hear you sing this song again. Will it be included in your EP? *hint hint*

Then, the interview… did you hear that the host mentioned about you guys don’t have 默契? I remember I mentioned this before after the Yellow Ribbon event. You guys must remember to stand closer to each other when you are being interviewed on the stage. It’s easier for the host to do his job and it would be a good photo opportunity. Only good pictures taken will be published and thus increase your “exposure” in the media. Please try to keep this in mind, ya?

Last at KDF event was fun!
The MLBians were superb!..The screams and the manifestations of Love. MLB, did you hear it!? I bet the guy at the sound system tentage could witness to that. Poor guy, when MLBians screamed, he panicky, he totally was in a lost that I hope the minor sound problem wasn't caused by the "screams" ba..:P

"You made me wanna fall i Love"..how could you not fall in love, this songs was just so enticing!

Yong Qi...becoming the signature of MLB. Still blooming with lustre!

Xi Huan Ni...Wah Sam! your declaration of affection to MLBians added more charm to this song!

Take me as I am...we all were anxious for this performance when we knew earlier that Nic was going to do this no. Nic showcased his emo very transparent though his vocal was not really powerful due to his cough. I believe MLB would be improving on the arrangements of this song.

as i've said earlier hope mlb will enjoy reading our school magazine that i gave earlier. If u guys had read the last pg - the poem entitled "lost soldiers" written by me, let me share with you how i get my inspirations. I wrote this not long after the superband GF. That was when i was having low peak period in life and were quite emo la; felt like a real failure...then i thought of mlb - thought of how you guys have persevere through the competition and i was motivated to moved on. Although in the end results are not so fantastic but i didn't give up, thanks to the motivation i got from mlb.

but that was in sem 1 la; now i'm trying hard to get that feeling back. sem 2 was much more tougher than sem 1 ou know...very difficult to catch up with the rest...smilez

so in a way you can say that that poem was tributes/dedicated to mlb la...

honestly speaking i'm not trying to bootlick or what la...don't get me wrong...

juz now heard the FIR song on radio, wanted to come in to tag but cldnt access blog 4 a long time. wow i was so surprised tt the i wanna fall in love sounds so diff by FIR, usually the singer is screaming away but this time she sounds so smooth. Initially i wasn't sure if it was the same song but on closer hearing, I'm definite it is the same English lyrics. their version is akin to Michael Buble while MLB's one is like a rock makeover by er....maybe Simple Plan. Simply wonderful how u guys do it. VERY impressed now!
And sorry nic, juz now cldnt help it but laugh @ u when u tried so valiently to finish singing the encore song. dun worry abt tt, we all understd u hvn't recovered yet. get well soon! EP, EP next we conquer!

yep Flora, I was there, kinda late so sat all the way behind. so blissful to hv seats 4 the perf!
