Halo to everyone.
I just looked thru the comments.. Some of it really encourages me. Recently, besides music, i've been hanging out a little bit more. Also spending time to catch up with friends. Yes, i'm a free and relaxed person now. Soon, i'll re-cultivate the good habit of exercising to keep myself fit. When i was younger and before i had a motor-bike, i used to ride my bicycle day and night, all around Singapore with my group of buddies. Now that we have different schedules, it's difficult to find common time for that. Was really fun, miss those days..
Hmm.. [ My 2 cents worth ]
I hope that all of us will make good choices in life today. May we not look back one day in future and regret not doing the best we could at a certain point of time. This very much applies to myself! Also, like i always say - Be happy !

Good to know u hv been slacking. Take time to ponder and think what you want to do in life. Choices are out there, you must do something you like and have passion over. You probably need to go door knocking or people knocking for you. There are tons of musicians out there, how to make yourself special.
The kick off of the ASEAN 40th Anniversary at HardRock Cafe last night showcased some of the best bands around. There are superb. I mentioned to the relevant people about our own home grown. I also mentioned MLB. Dick Lee wrote the song. Whether it will work or not, we will have to see. This year is the year Singapore is hosting the 40th ASEAN Anniversary and a series of commemorative events are underway. Hope to see you guyz..out there!
You and your brothers hv come a long way. When you look back, it is a growing up journey as well as an experience which is once in a life time. We are so happy for you all.

Guan Yan, the reason why we don't want to answer is no one knows the exact date. But something for sure is they are working hard for it. Please be patient bcos now nic is serving NS and weiqi is busy with studies, so naturaly they would have lesser time to prepare.

but they mentioned during the gathering that it would tentatively be release on February. but no promises la, so be patient ba. Sorry if i sounded harsh ;)

Ya, agree with you that life really changes at different stages, so we have to cherish what we are enjoying now. Things that we did in the past might not be able to do it again now! Very soon it will be history of our life.
Hope that besides exercising & spending time catching up with your friends, do spend some time making some good music for all MLB's family members. We don't mind long wait for your album, cos we know for sure that MLB will not let us down eversince we knew MLB. life really changed because of MLB. dont know how many suffered from post superband withdrawal, how many were touched by MLB, how many were inspired by MLB. i really thank God for the three of you. if there wasnt MLB, there probably wouldnt be that many stories of friendship. if there wasnt MLB we'd missed out a lot where music is concerned. i think MLB really changed my life and many of yours too.

After Sec. school, i worked (sales) for a while before going into army.
For the upcoming performance, we'll probably do songs we've done before ( due to lack of time again).
However, we're also trying to add on stuff we haven't done before.

wells. definitely its hard to fit everyone's schedules together as all are doing different things... like my pri sch friends, i havent met up with them for the past 2 years cuz i've always been preoccupied with other stuff. sometimes its to do work, sometimes its to attend idol events. mlb events took up alot of my time last year, and i did not fulfil my promise to go out with my pri sch and other gangs of friends. kinda feel really bad about it, but im definitely trying my best to make time to go out with them. guess everyone will miss the old times too! really loved the times we spent tgt...
hmm, i once wrote in a letter to nic... 珍惜眼前人... [okay, i duno why i wrote that lah. cuz i happened to be watching 冲上云霄 at tt moment and i wanted to fill up all the spaces in the letter. hahaha] anywayys. yeppx, treasure what you have now... like u say, may we not look back in future and regret not doing the best we cld. same goes... may we not look back in future and regret not cherishing the people around us.

like me, looking back now... i do regret not working hard for sec 3 work... now i gotta learn from the basics, and its taking me alot of time. not working hard also caused me to be at risk of retaining, and to have to drop a subject. [weiqi gonna nag me again liao.haha] but luckily the school was lenient and allowed me to be advanced to sec 4... thou like what i've told nic before, if i really cant cope, i'll perhaps request to retain for a year... but i'll try to work hard, to achieve good results for os this year. so to all studying, work hard! dont slack for the first few years and then try to PIA for the last year. wont work tt way... cuz ur basics will be all haywire... yeppx. work hard all!
seriously, mlb taught me how to appreciate music... u guys are the first people ever that made me realise music was so important. all the stuff about sound checks etc, made me know more about music. tt music isnt just about singing and strumming guitar and stuff. thanks for bringing me deeper into the world of music. striving hard to learn guitar now... will 持之以恒 n do my best!
n thanks for teaching me to persevere on... always to do the best in everything... and thanks weiqi and nic for the nagging yeah! and sam for being concerned about my results, jus not saying anything... really cherished the times i've spent with you guys over the past half a year. all the stuff we joked and had fun about... most importantly, u guys really made me smile for the past 6 mths! its been so long i've been so happy. thanks for everything guys!
lastly... hope all 3 of u are well... same goes to the other mlbians. takecare loads, cya on 10 feb ya? looking forward to a great performance from you guys!

meikian, i strongly agree w u tat must work hard when at sec 3.. i used to slack in sec 3 n in e end, in sec 4, my chem and bio was bad bad bad... didnt pay attention in class n alll the basics oso dunno... had a hard time trying to catch-up but couldnt cos not enough time.. get o results, fail bio... regret not paying attention in sec 3 n not working hard...
oso agree tat must zhen xi yan qian ren... had a fren whom i've known since pri 1 n we'll in the same sec sch n in the same class for the 4 yrs in sec sch but didnt really treasure her n only till the end of sec 4 den i realise tat i'm actually v sad to be separated from her n v bu she de... but now, trying to get some time to meet up w her n if dun hav time, at least msg her to keep in contact... so ya...

once a group of policemen on patrol
stopped over
and asked us what we were doing
(we were at Marina Park, sitting in a group with bikes around us)
another time we were "arrested"
by the police
for riding without lights.
that was very scary!
but we had great fun
ah! those were the days...

haha, jus read some of the comments above. wanna thank you guys again... for the friends i've made thru u guys. really, after chasing so many idols, the grp of frens i've made thru mlb are the most fun and the ones i treasure most. from not knowing anyone, till knowing so many mlbians today. really not easy... and its not easy to keep the friendship going till today.

yeppx, i too am trying hard to catch up with my friends... kinda difficult cuz we all have different schedules due to being in different schs. was kinda hurt when my cousin/best friend in pri sch accused me of being 重色轻友 when i told her i had to attend mlb events and cldnt go out with her... its really hard to compromise between the two i guess. but im definitely trying to make time for them... so everyone, do treasure ur friends! to me, friends are the most important in my life apart from family...
was listening to some of my classmates present their chinese speech today. was rather touched at the way they presented the speech... the speech topic was on something to tell our sec one juniors about. then they were all talking about not treasuring sec life for the past 3 years, only beginning to realise its value this year, when we're gonna graduate in like 10 months. so... i guess, to those who've jus entered sec sch, dont hate your sch yeah? after 4 years of being in ur sch, u'll grow to love it... and even miss it when you graduate... so cherish ur sch! u're gonna spend all ur happy and sad times there for four years...study hard, it'll be worth it when u get ur results after sec 4.
yeppppx... really havin lots of regrets in life... not treasuring my friends, my family, my school, my teachers etc. so pls do cherish what you have, and not regret in the future!

Is it tough?..yeah to embark on to a new episode; and yet you know, your heart is burning with passion for music--your love. Yet, somewhere, some place and some duty have to take you away for a while.
Is life complicating or is it called fun? Well, perhaps life entails challenges and these episodes train us to learn and to grow. Not sure if you're feeling this way. But, yeah we gonna fight, at least you know you can't let your love(music) down.

wonder how long it took 4 u to come up with wat to write? okie better stop the teasing, later people say i bully kechil. out of all 3, i find ure blog the hardest to tag. its like in an exam, ures will be the qn that is the killer qn. in a crabby mood all week, must let off some steam, so forgive me for my crappy analogy. good choices r hard to make... wat constitutes a good choice? is a good choice something that makes people ard u happy, or one that makes U happy or one that makes everyone including ureself semi-happy only? sometimes i wanna choose something dat makes myself happy but everyone else ard me not happy, also not very good solution. in the end may compromise n choose the last option...
caught the last few min of the soccer match b/w Spore n Thailand. never tot that ASEAN soccer can be as drama as World Cup. aiyo this match gonna strain ties further. the reporters will hv a field day tmrw reporting on the match boy.
