has been laggy so it took me quite sometime to come here;

its understandable that the blog would be 'cold' as its approaching Oct liao and Oct is exam season so many of our friends must be mugging. Do expect the blog to remain 'cold' until the mid-november ba, where the O and A level exams ended.

As for me, u shud be seeing me online more often after sch reopens...haha tagging in between lessons...but thats provided the workload is not too heavy la

I will be starting work next week. wont be able to tag here anymore..no time(always work late).hope my new company's computer can access this blog(as my co.security is tight)so at least I can secretly visit here every now and then...

to be frank, since visiting this blog I do not have much "contact" with MLB. But I hv made lots of friends and "knew" a lot of ppl here.
Everyday after the competition, I came here not to see the bois but to see the MLBians here.I really enjoy reading abt their sch, their work, their thoughts, their quarrels.very fun. though I rarely join in their fun(they don know who I am)but what they said do make an impact and gives me more courage. I am always surprise that human can still be so moral and kind.I always thought this world is corrupted thus I shdnt be too good too. But now I think I shd respect each individual be it good or bad and I shd behave in a way I think is comfortable and correct.
Do not give up MLBians!!
Ppl think having idols or appreciating singers/musicians are silly and wont last long.
But I think the MLB family will always remember what good we have received from loving MLB.
Actually its not MLB who gains our support but each and every MLBian gains our new life and new thoughts.

Peg, as I have gastrics problem,
I wld like to suggest:
if you have gastrics problem sometimes
it's good if you cld keep some medication around yr home and office.

But it is good if you could see a doctor for a good checkup. Are you having heartburn(acid going up yr throat), sour stomach or excess acid?
See doc.

Diet: stay away from food that stimulate the problem e.g. spicy, oily, fatty, acidic foods, pepper, chocolate (can eat a little only), etc. Or eat a little of these only.
Eat five small meals instead of three big meals.
And dont eat food when you are angry or stressed--poor digestion.

Dont wear tight clothing :) as it chokes yr digestion.

Stay calm, dun be stressed :)

May you feel better after drinking plain water to neutralize the acid.
Stay away from juice and coffee for tonight. Eat some light plain food like porridge or rice (but not noodles).
